Who we help

Here at The 20 minute gym we don’t just work with just anybody, if you are looking for a quick fix, or  super fast results for instance get into a bikini to look great on the beach in a few weeks time then we are probably not best for you and we suggest F-45 or something similar we only work with women who want to make long term positive changes to their health, fitness and wellbeing while shaping up in the process.


99% of women we help come to us because they are not happy with the lifestyle they are living, they are not happy with who they see in the mirror, they lack time and cannot commit to working out at a gym for 1-2 hours at a time. They need a community of like minded women and they need a coach that will hold them accountable and will help them change their mindset around fitness forever so they can stop going round and round in that vicious cycle we all know of.


Why we are different

Not a big scary gym:
Big gyms can be intimidating. However, you can be sure that when you come to our studios, they are private, friendly and welcoming. Also Most gyms will just give you a membership card and let you get on with things but that’s not what we do from the get go you will have a plan in place your journey will be mapped out and you will be on the road to success.

Time efficiency:
Our 20 minute scientifically-proven sessions are the perfect way to hit those goals while still having time to do the things you need to do. People who come to us at lunch time have time to workout, shower and actually get time to eat too! Job done!

When you join with us you will become part of our community. We all stay in close contact via private Facebook groups, email and WhatsApp for on-going support. We also have gatherings throughout the year. So you can rest assure that your in the right place and will be supported the whole way.

Our sessions and what to expect:

Although yes, our session are high intensity, they are not scary. You will never be thrown into the deep end.

We work with you from the very start and you will not be push beyond what you are capable of.

During your sessions we cover all aspects of fitness, pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, boxing and bodyweight cardio movements.

These all help to create a body that looks good and works well.
